We aim to get your order to you as swiftly as possible. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are determined by your delivery address and parcel weight and size characteristics. Upon checkout, you will have the option to select which shipping provider you would like to use based on your price and timing preferences.
All orders receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email.
To track your order, you may log into your account to review all of your information. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please monitor your shipment at all times. If the carrier cannot deliver your package please note this will be taken to a local postal office. Please use the tracking information to track your package and pick up in a timely manner.
If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to sender. In this case you will be responsible for the repayment of shipping. If at any point a shipment is returned to us and a refund is requested, shipping will not be refunded in addition a return fee will be taken off the total amount.
The best and easiest way to get a discount on your first order is by subscribing to our newsletter. You should receive an email with a coupon within 24- 48 hours.
(If you do not see the coupon within 48 hours, double check your junk mail. Sometimes it sneaks into there!)
We ship SO quickly and efficiently that we can’t make any promises as to whether or not we can cancel an order once it’s placed. You can double check by calling support at 888-510-1388.
Again, we’re so fast and efficient that adding an item to an existing order isn’t really possible. The good news is that you can place another order right afterwards and receive it in almost the same amount of time. You can double check by calling support at 888-510-1388.
Oh no! We’re so sorry about that! Make sure that you’ve checked your tracking information to see if the package has actually been dropped off (eg: the postal office vs. your house). Try to wait about 12 hours, because the carrier could be a little bit late. And of course, you can always contact email@example.com to troubleshoot the issue.
It happens. If it doesn’t get to you, it will be sent back here, but you will have to pay for shipping again. Make sure that you double and triple check the shipping information before you complete your purchase.
The first thing you need to do is call your bank. Occasionally, the bank may flag the transaction as fraud because it’s a new purchase online. When you call the bank they will be able to authorize the charges.
Yes, we do! Read more about how you can do that here.

You certainly can! Click here to discover how!
Just email support and we will get your invoice to you.
You can either log into your account and do it yourself, or contact or 1-888-510-1388 to have that information updated for you.
For the safety of our artist community, all sales are considered final. We take a lot of care to ensure your microblades and pigments arrive sealed and sterilized, and for this reason we can not accept returns on usable product.
If for any reason your Tina Davies tool arrives damaged or in any condition which is not completely perfect, we will replace it, no questions asked.
To help us ensure we are taking the right action around an issue, we may ask you to send images of the damaged product so that we can address your concerns immediately. This will help us ensure that our other artist are receiving our tools in perfect condition.
We may also ask that the damaged products be shipped back to us. In this event our artist success team will assist with the return shipment arrangements.

Yes, these pigments can be used for BOTH microblading (manual) and machine PMU work.
No, this is unnecessary. All of the colors are perfectly balanced and are ready to use straight out of the bottle.
If you wish, you may mix the colors to create custom blends using your artistic judgment to suit your client’s needs. It is common to “layer” colors on top of each other to create more dimension and contour.
A follow-up is always suggested, but not required.
If you are new to Permablend or have less than 1-2 years of experience in PMU, it is highly recommended to see your clients for a follow up within 3 months to assess the results of the treatment and make any necessary adjustments to improve results.
These color formulations have been exclusively developed by Tina Davies to keep color selection simple and straightforward, with a range of to suit all of your clients in 7 light-to-dark colors. Each set includes an easy-to-use color chart for quick reference and easy color selection.
Yes, there is an online class! Learn how to easily select the right color for your client using I LOVE INK, with our Color Course Video Tutorial.
All of the colors are highly concentrated. The higher the concentration the more saturation in the skin, the more saturation, the longer it will last. The pigment ingredients are comprised of the absolute highest quality pigments with the highest lightfastness rating for maximum color stability and performance.
Our pigments are of extremely high quality and the light fastness of each pigment is matched evenly across each pigment ingredient to reduce color shifting.
NO, because they are comprised of high-quality ingredients, have high lightfastness and concentration. They will only become a lighter version of the original color(s).
DO NOT WORRY!!! The skin is injured and this reaction is normal as the undertones of these colors have an orange base to prevent ashing out. This disappears after healing in about 1 week. Prepare your client to expect discoloration for up to three days so they are not surprised by this temporary effect. Read more about this here.
No. The only color that will heal grey is GREY. All the colors in the set have been formulated to avoid ashy, healed results. However, if any color is inserted too deep into the skin, or applied over cool, red/pink undertones, the color may look ashy.
Old PMU should be faded by a minimum of 50% in order to hide/cover up the original PMU successfully. The desired target color can be applied directly with no additional color correction necessary. For example, you can cover old faded red or grey eyebrows directly with DARK BROWN if that is your client’s desired color.
Yes, EBONY is a great color for eyeliner that is brown-black in formulation.

Unfortunately, we do not. We do, however, have our Sampler Packs where you can try them all out and see what works best for you.
No. Everything comes pre-packaged from our manufacturer, so we won’t be able to make custom Sampler Packs.
You can go to your local Pharmacy and purchase a larger one there, or order one from Amazon (they have a great selection). Here is a great article to show you how to dispose of your needles correctly.
Our microblades are all made of stainless steel, and stainless steel does contain trace amounts of nickel. Since the microblade is only passing through the skin to implant pigment, the client should not experience any reaction. If you are worried about it, a patch test can be done prior to the procedure.
We definitely recommend the 9 Classic. It’s smaller, less intimidating, and does amazing detail work. You can find out more information by clicking here.
The 9 Classic has 9 needles (good for smaller detail work), the 14 Curve has 14 (good for the medium to fuller brow), the U Needle also has 14 needles (good for getting those really nice curved hair strokes), and the Shader has 19 needles (used for shading). The blades can cover all microblading procedures, and selection will be based on your client and their needs.
To learn more about each blade in detail, have a look at our product pages. If you ever need any other tips and tricks, don’t hesitate to contact us.
No. All of our microblades are made of surgical grade 316 stainless steel, the highest quality stainless steel.
All of our blades can be used with all skin types. The selection of your blade all depends on your client’s eyebrow style, and what you as the artist are most comfortable using.
Definitely! These pencils were specifically designed for pre-draw and do not contain harmful ingredients. However, if the pencil does come into contact with open skin or bodily fluids, it will have to be disposed of accordingly in a sharps container.
Nope! Our tools are made of medical grade stainless steel, and are so sharp that one will last the entire procedure. The only time when you’ll need more than one microblade is if you are adding shading with the 19 Shader. Check out this great article here.
Tina is currently not offering in-person training, however we have a series of online tutorial videos, ideal for those who already have fundamental training. If you are a certified microblading artist looking to elevate your skills, our online resources are a must!
In the summer of 2018, the PMU industry was rocked by the release of the The Tina Davies x Permablend Eyebrow Pigment Collection, a high-quality line of Permanent Makeup pigments like no other.
This collection comes with 7 light-to-dark shades to suit any skin tone or hair colour and is suitable for machine work & microblading. With unmatched retention, value and predictable results, this is the pigment line for you!
Tina currently uses two different aesthetics: NumPot and Ultra Duration. You can find them both here.
We have tons of great information about aftercare procedure on our blog.
Tina’s new pigment set includes it’s own shading solution, which is formulated specifically for this line.
The goal of shading is to create more dimension through the middle of the brow, while keeping crisp, fluffy hair strokes on the edges. Diluting the pigment will allow you to create this effect without the eyebrow looking solid. Here is a great article here.
To elevate the craft of microbalding and the artists who practice it.
To provide resources and establish high standards for the microblading industry.
