Please note, due to COVID-19 you may experience longer than normal processing and delivery times due to shipping courier delays.

Courier Services are not permitting signatures. As a result, we are experiencing an influx of shipping related issues within the Courier network. We recommend insuring your Order through the purchase of Route Insurance. If a problem were to arise with your order, you would be fully covered. Any Order without Route Insurance will not be replaced unless claims are approved by the Courier. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Are you still shipping?

Shipments are still processing within our warehouse. You may experience longer than normal processing due to limited number workers in our warehouse to ensure Social Distancing is occurring. Please note some countries have restrictions on delivery service in place, such as Italy and France. Upon entering your shipping details, if your area is restricted, you will not be able to complete your purchase. You can read more here.

How can I track the status of my order?

If you have purchased Route Shipping Insurance, you can visually track your order through their app. Please download the Route App here.

You can also monitor the status of your order by logging into your account right on the Tina Davies website. Once on your account page, you can view the status of your order.

How can I ensure my package arrives safely to me?

We highly recommend insuring your Order through the purchase of Route Insurance. If a problem were to arise with your Order, you will be fully covered. Are Couriers requiring signature to release orders?

Couriers have currently suspended signature services on all packages. We highly recommend adding Route Shipping Insurance to all purchases.
